Joining the Library costs £20 per year for alumni of the University. This membership allows you to borrow up to ten items from the collection.
To join, bring:
- two forms of ID, one photographic, such as a passport or driving licence
and
- proof of your address from at least the past three months, such as a utility bill.
This membership does not include inter-library loans, or most electronic resources as Library licence agreements only cover current staff and students of the University.
Alumni of the University are now able to access JSTOR, a digital library of academic journals, books, and primary sources. There is no cost for accessing JSTOR, and a Library membership (as above) is not required.
To access JSTOR, first create a Saint Connect Account. Once you have registered, you will find the link to JSTOR on the Saint Connect dashboard or you can access JSTOR directly via this link using your Saint Connect details to sign in.
Saint Connect is your exclusive University of St Andrews global online community for networking, career mentoring and keeping up to date with what’s happening in St Andrews.
For more information or assistance, please contact the Alumni office alumni@st-andrews.ac.uk
