Q. How can I share my reading list so my colleagues can also edit it?
I am co-ordinating a team taught module but none of my colleagues are able to make changes to my reading list.

Clicking on the List Information button at the top of the list will show you all the current owners and collaborators who can add, edit or remove resources and sections on the reading list.
Only owners can add or remove other users as owners or collaborators. To add colleagues:
- Click on List Information (top of the screen). You will see your details and any other colleagues who already have owner or collaborator roles
- Select the link for Manage collaborators
- Start typing the name of the person you want to add and select them once the name appears
- If the person you want to add does not appear in the list of names then ask them to log into the Moodle course and click on the link to the Reading list which will then activate their permissions.
If after following the above steps colleagues are unable to make changes to the list or if your list is not attached to a module in Moodle please contact us and we will manually add them as a owner or collaborator.
