Book purchase requests may be acquired in either print or digital formats, but preference will be given to digital where appropriate. Decisions will be made based on the following:

• Your mode of study. e.g. on-campus or requiring remote access

• Relevance to current teaching and research

• Anticipated demand

• Format availability 

• Accessibility, quality and usability, compliance with technical standards

• Cost

• Where a book is already held we will not normally accept requests to order a different format

If you have a format preference please note this in your request, the Library will take this into consideration.
