There are mandatory fields you must complete to submit a book recommendation form, in addition to these please use the 'Note' field to advise the Library of any of the following:

• Purpose / importance - what you will use the book for, and how important the title is in meeting the purpose.
• Edition - the Library will buy the most recent edition of a book by default, if you need a specific edition note this and the reason for requesting this edition.
• Language of publication - the Library will buy an English language edition of a book, if you need a book in a specific language please note this, and the reason for requesting in this language. It is still useful to note the language of publication when there is no English language version.
