The Library will review your request and consider if the book should be purchased, and will keep you advised on the progress of your request. 

When we have access to an ebook you will be emailed a link to access it.

When a print book is received it will be reserved for you and you'll receive an email advising it is ready for collection, you will have 5 working days to collect it.
