Q. Why can't I see all of the screen in Thomson One database?

Thomson One only works in Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer 10 or 11 follow these instructions to resolve the compatability problem between the browser and the database.
Internet Explorer 10 - To the right of the web address toolbar you will see a small icon which looks like a broken page - this is the compatability view button. Click the Compatibility View button to display the site in Compatibility View.
Internet Explorer 11 - Click on the Tools button (top right of the Internet Explorer page). Select Compatability View Settings. Under Add this website enter the URL for Thomson One - thomsonone.com and click the Add button.
