To use LSEG Workspace (formerly known as Refinitiv Workspace) you must first request access. See "How do I get an account for LSEG Workspace?"

Once you have got an account you will be able to access Workspace from Apps Anywhere .

1. In Apps Anywhere search for Workspace
2. From the launch menu choose the Workspace Desktop option
3. Once the screen loads there are 2 files on the desktop

• Workspace - use this to find and download real time fundamental and historical data (e.g. market data, M&A, ownership, ESG data)
• Workspace Excel - use this if you need to use the Excel plugin for either Workspace (or Datastream for time series data) Once Excel has launched select the Workspace toolbar. If no buttons show click on the toolbar select Sign in.

Note that when you launch the above applications it can take a few minutes for them to load and you may be prompted to add in your University username and password at certain stages.
